Heart Palpitations and Stress

Palpitations are the increased awareness or feeling of a strong heart beat can usually be attributed to stress.  The following recipe is for mild palpations please see your family physician for a diagnosis.  • 4 drops lavender • 2 drops ylang ylang • 2 drops sandalwood • 1 drop lemon.  Apply to feet daily, cup hands over nose after application and take 4 deep breaths case history:  a woman in her late 40's applied this blend exactly as mentioned and her palpitations were gone within 2 days, she now continues use periodically as a preventative.
